It was a little hard

But it wasn’t to bad… I need to try and find ways to strengthen my legs and not hurt my knee so much and I think I will get stronger.. :)

Orlando

Hi there,

Are there any people out there that may know of some training groups in cycling, swimming area? I have a bad knee that i am trying to get stronger and everyone that starts training gives up and i need a solid group of people.. Any advice?

I lifted weights and worked on Back/ Shoulders and went heavier in that.  went on stationary bike for 35 minutes and did a bit more then 10 miles..
